AL GET SOUND STRENGTH

This function will return whether or not a sound is set to loop.

  Syntax 
Return Float = AL GET SOUND STRENGTH( soundNumber )
  Parameters 
soundNumber
Integer
The sound number.

Returns the strength of a sound as a float value
